Villa located in a spectacular valley in the Tramuntana mountains of Mallorca, ideal for 14 people. It has 6 bedrooms, 2 kitchens, 3 living rooms, a private pool 20m x 5m and two furnished outdoor terraces.
It is located in a unique place, in the middle of nature, which allows you to enjoy the tranquility and spectacular views.

On the ground floor there is a large dining room with a table for 20 people, and a seating area with a fireplace. Also, on this floor is a bathroom with shower, a laundry room with washing machine and cleaning products and a fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, dishwasher.
On the first floor is the main access, after the hall there is a living-dining room with satellite TV and fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen and a porch with a terrace with spectacular views. In addition, on this floor there are two double rooms with double beds and built-in wardrobes, as well as a shared bathroom with a bathtub.
On the second floor are the rest of the bedrooms. A bedroom with four twin beds has a private bathroom with shower, a living room with tv and a terrace. Two bedrooms with two single beds each, both with shower and en-suite sink. The last bedroom has a full size bed with shower and en-suite sink. These 3 rooms can share a full bathroom with a bathtub.

- BBQ Terrace, going down to the pool there is a first terrace where there is the wood-burning oven and the barbecue with different spaces to eat, relax, etc.
- Pool, spectacular space in the middle of the valley with infinity views, the pool is 20x5 meters and is equipped with sofas, hammocks, umbrellas and Balinese beds, this area also has a full bathroom with shower.
- Outdoor parking with capacity for 10 cars
In the house next door lives the couple in charge of taking the villa so there will be 24 hours 2 people to come to in case of any doubt or problem.
- The price includes daily cleaning of the outdoor areas (swimming pool, barbecue,...) and basic cleaning of the Villa's interior 2 hours 3 times a week. (Take out trash, review of rooms, bathrooms and kitchen).
- Also included in the price is the change of towels every 3 days and change of sheets every 6 days, for minimum stays of 12 days.

- Late check-out: Late check-out service is possible under availability, and extra payment (cash payment in € at check-in)
- Upon arrival there will be a welcome basket with basic food products, courtesy of the Villa.
- Firewood is included in the different fireplaces throughout the house, which the customer can also prepare the service if the customer so chooses.
- Possibility to book themed lunches/dinners in the villa. (showcooking, Mallorcan food,...) check the price.
- Finally, we offer our customers the service of a personalized design of their vacation according to their preferences and tastes (excursions, cultural visits, restaurants, reservations, 24/7 advice,...) check the price.
- The villa has its own well so the water that comes out of the tap is potable and very good.
- A closet with drinks and different food products will be available to the client at the price properly indicated, payment will be made before departure. (The nearest supermarket is about 20 minutes away by car)
- It is highly recommended to rent a car for the stay in the villa so that you can move around easily.
- A recommendation book, in the villa there is a book with the main information and points of interest of the island such as , beaches, villages, restaurants.
Orient is a picturesque Mallorcan town located in the Tramuntana mountain range declared a World Heritage Site. It is a town of about 30 inhabitants that keeps all the charm of the typical Mallorcan villages, in which time has stood still.
With 14th and 15th century houses that show what Majorcan towns looked like 600 years ago.
Listed as an Asset of Cultural Interest, it was protected for its historical value. The 18th century church of Sant Jordi is well worth a visit.
For its location in the heart of the Tramuntana, Orient in a good starting point for hiking, as well as perfect stop for cyclists.
